Hello…

My name is Elisa M. Chambers. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I received my master's degree in Counseling from Palo Alto University in Palo Alto, California.

In my practice, I integrate Existential and Mindfulness techniques along with my proficiency in Client-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My approach revolves around fostering a trusting therapeutic alliance by attentively listening to your unique needs and tailoring each session accordingly, all within a nurturing and secure environment.

Furthermore, I am non-religious and deeply value diversity, respecting individuals from all walks of life, beliefs, and backgrounds. My commitment lies in destigmatizing mental health care and promoting widespread awareness, ensuring accessible support for everyone.

During my free time, I love the company of my furry companions, Biscuit the dog and his feline siblings Beans, Pumpkin, and Lucy. Additionally, I am passionate about globe-trotting and embarking on adventures to discover new corners of the world.

I have been a curious individual my entire life, passionate about a broad spectrum of interests. From indulging in the guilty pleasure of reality TV to delving into the depths of astrology, various religions, and ancient history, I thrive on learning and exploring deep, diverse topics. My love for understanding the world around me knows no bounds. I also enjoy hiking, exploring, camping, and skiing.
